Officially contracted as the head of sales where I am transforming their current team into a powerhouse. Besides sales training I have created their script, training program for new sales reps, as well as restructured their commission structure. I am also actively recruiting new sales reps and will working with them once they get into trade shows in the near future.
Working in sales with Osaki USA in tradeshows starting in January running their trade shows on my own at first, then building a team as we get later into 2025.
