I’ve been in trade shows since 2013 — and in that time I’ve held virtually every role there is. I started in direct sales, where I quickly became a top performer, consistently ranking among the best in every organization I worked with.
From there I grew into training and coaching, developing reps from the ground up and turning underperformers into closers. Over the years I’ve also taken on travel coordination, logistics, booth selection, and eventually director-level oversight of national programs — managing 1,500+ events per year and 100+ reps across the country.
