I began my sales career with a focus on trade shows, initially working for a luxury blender company, where I quickly excelled, ranking in the top 10% during my first year. I then worked for the largest pellet grill company before joining one of the largest massage chairs companies in the US, where I spent six years plus years. Four of them in sales, and the other two managing their program.
At the massage chair company, I consistently ranked as a top sales producer, served as an advanced trainer and sales coach, and led the Costco and Trade Show program for two years. In this role, I managed a team of over 90 sales professionals, coordinated 1,500 trade shows, oversaw travel logistics, and worked closely with trade show managers and Costco’s buying team.
In sales, success isn’t just about charisma—it’s about preparation, process, and execution. A winning sales team is equipped with the right tools and strategies to consistently deliver results. Here are the essential components every team needs to excel:
Objections are a natural part of the sales process, and how your team handles them can make or break a deal. By preparing responses to common objections, your sales professionals can address concerns with confidence, turning hesitation into commitment. I specialize in teaching techniques that not only resolve objections but also deepen trust and rapport.
Customers don’t buy from businesses—they buy from people. Building genuine rapport is essential to earning trust and creating long-term relationships. From mirroring communication styles to active listening, I provide teams with proven strategies to connect with customers on a personal level.
The best teams aren’t just well-trained—they’re continually improving. Tracking key metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer retention helps identify what’s working and where adjustments are needed. I work with teams to implement systems that turn data into actionable insights.
Are your sales professionals equipped with the tools they need to thrive? Let’s work together to ensure your team is prepared, confident, and ready to achieve their full potential.
Closing isn’t just the final step in the sales process—it’s where all your hard work pays off. Yet, for many sales professionals, it’s the most intimidating part of the pitch. That’s why having a structured, strategic approach to closing is critical. A great close isn’t about pressure; it’s about confidence and timing.
The most successful closes flow naturally from the conversation, leveraging trust and rapport built throughout the interaction. They include trial closes to address objections early and set the stage for the final ask. Whether it’s sealing the deal or capturing a lead’s information, a confident, polished close makes all the difference.
With my deep experience in sales coaching and training, I specialize in helping businesses fine-tune their closing strategies. I’ll show you how to empower your team to close more deals, more effectively—leaving no opportunity untapped.
One of my greatest passions in business is training and developing talent. My journey began as a martial arts instructor, where I mastered the art of engaging and motivating even the most challenging audiences—like teaching six-year-olds to stand still! In my sales career, I’ve built on that foundation, becoming a trusted leader in training new and experienced sales professionals at both Vitamix and Infinity. My training programs consistently deliver results, with participants achieving measurable improvements in their sales performance. I thrive on helping others unlock their potential, ensuring they leave my sessions equipped with the skills and confidence to succeed.
Do your sales professionals have a script—and more importantly, do they use it effectively? Many salespeople resist scripted pitches, but the truth is, without a structured approach, your business risks losing valuable opportunities. A well-written sales script isn’t robotic; it’s a strategic tool that guides conversations, engages customers, and drives results.
The best scripts are interactive, designed to lead customers through a clear, purposeful path. They incorporate trial closes to gauge interest, build momentum, and always conclude with a confident ask—whether it’s for the sale or their contact information. With my expertise in crafting impactful sales scripts, I help businesses create pitches that are not only easy to follow but also proven to convert. Let me show you how a thoughtful script can transform your sales process and maximize your results.
During my time at ***, the sales team operated largely in the dark. There was no visibility into performance rankings, scheduling processes, or clear expectations—leaving the team unmotivated and unfocused. At ***, I encountered similar challenges. When I stepped into management, I implemented a transparent ranking system that tracked event averages, key performance indicators (KPIs), and location-specific data. I also overhauled the scheduling process to ensure clarity and fairness.
The best sales professionals thrive on competition—they want to know where they stand because their drive to outperform fuels success. By providing clear, data-driven results and pairing them with well-structured sales contests, you can channel this competitiveness into improved performance. These changes not only improved morale but also drove a significant increase in revenue, proving the power of transparency and data in sales. Do your sales professionals know where they stand?
