A unique approach to a unique industry

Not every trade show—or trade show company—is the same. So why should pricing be? It shouldn’t, and with me, it’s not. While I offer individual services like script writing, sales consulting, P&L audits, and travel cost reviews, most of what I do ends up bundled into tailored packages based on your specific needs. Pricing is flexible and always open to discussion. I do this because I get it—most companies in the trade show space operate on tight margins, and while I need to run a profitable business, my goal is to help you grow yours first.

Script Creation & Sales Writing

$1,000-$3,000

This service includes a fully customized sales script tailored to your product, audience, and sales environment—whether retail, trade show, or direct outreach. You'll also receive timely revisions based on feedback, delivered within an agreed-upon timeframe. Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the script and scope of the project. Additional materials such as one-page quick-reference sheets, objection-handling guides, and supporting sales copy can be included upon request. 

Sales Team Assessment & Auditing

$300/hr

A full evaluation of your sales team’s performance, including one-on-one assessments, observation, and skill audits. Delivers a detailed report with coaching recommendations and an action plan.

Virtual Sales Training

$300/hr

Live Zoom sessions tailored to your sales team. Ideal for remote onboarding, refreshers, or continuous development.

Consulting

$300/hr

Whether you're scaling a team, restructuring operations, or stepping into ownership for the first time, I provide hands-on consulting to help you lead with clarity and confidence. From optimizing staffing models to refining leadership strategies and improving day-to-day operations, I work directly with owners and managers to build systems that drive growth, accountability, and long-term success.

In person sales training with your team

Neg

Option to do a full, multi-day or half day training with your team in person anywhere in the United States (international available as well). This will include follow ups with your team for up to a month after the session is over with the option of having one on ones with any team member while I am there. 

Booth design & Customer Engagement

$300/hr

Review and improvement recommendations for booth layout, signage, messaging, and customer engagement strategy to help you stand out at any event.

Exit Strategy or Turnaround Plan

$1500

For trade show programs under review, this engagement includes diagnostics, ROI analysis, and a clear plan to pivot, pause, or optimize.

These are intro prices, any additional requests on top of these could incur extra fees.

After our free consultation I build a proposal based on our conversation. This will have the scope of work, how many hours I estimate it will take (if an hourly contract is signed), a range of estimate costs and a due date of when I will deliver the finished product. Once signed I require a 50% deposit to start the work.

I do the work per our agreement. During this phase I keep you up to date, and send drafts so that you can guide me to your vision.

Once the work is completed, we either have a zoom or phone call and go over the scope of the work completed. This is where you can make any final edit suggestions. Once the work is approved I take the second half of my payment.
